A sweet post here to express my love and admiration for M, who has accompanied me for forty-four years' worth of hikes, tikes, and adventures. I could not ask for a better partner. Here is a photo of her up near Sonora Pass as we explored the route of an old road...


You will, of course, note her beauty and her smiling personality. What you may not immediately note is her left leg in a boot cast...as she was recuperating from some serious foot problems here. And still out wandering around with me.
