Yes, we're finally back in the saddle.

I was in Europe for the first three weeks of November, doing some work for Expedia, and then speaking at a conference in Amsterdam. That's why the blog has been quiet.


But we're back now, and we'll be here for the next few months, sharing our thoughts and comments for your amusement and criticism.
