And Speaking of Van Life

Remember how we were able to adapt the table I made for the kitchen on the back of the van, and use it for indoor dining inside the van itself. Well, that was the plan. And on our last trip we had quite a few nights of chilly temperatures and gusty winds--just the kind of weather that makes us consider eating inside. And so we did.


Here's the table, set up for cooking and eating, and very stable between the two front seats of the van. Worked like a charm.
