Amsterdam to Budapest

And then the second part of our trip was a cruise up the Rhine, across the canal, and down the Danube to Budapest. It was complicated by low water---at one point we loaded up our ship and switched with another ship headed the other direction, both of us bypassing a shallow part of the river.



It was a lovely trip, with highlights being the visit to Rudolf May winery, Nuremburg, Vienna, Budapest, and a lovely visit to Birtok Szaszi in the Lake Balaton region of Hungary.
