The Pilewskis are Back!

Each year, Yosemite National Park asks a couple of rangers to spend the winter in Tuolumne Meadows. They're there to keep an eye on things, perhaps help out a hiker/skier in distress, and report on the conditions in the Yosemite High Country.


Their reports are a combination of weather, snow conditions, wildlife, and an occasional excursion into poetry.


And they are now back in place, reporting on what they see. Here's a link.


And as you can see from one of their photos--the snow hasn't really arrived yet. That should change in a few days:
